Wiseman Construction
Established in 1971 by Colin Wiseman Sr. and Elizabeth Wiseman, our headquarters have never changed locations. Colin Wiseman Jr. (Fred) and Jim Wiseman continued on with the family business.
While other contractors have more recently adopted the poured foundation technique, Wiseman has been doing it since 1975. One of our company’s specialties includes poured floors and foundations for agricultural and commercial building applications, including floors and foundations for the following buildings:

Wiseman can handle very large pours (over 200 yards of concrete) as well as small pours (no job is too small). Our experienced crew and full arsenal of equipment allows us to efficiently remove and re-pour old concrete as well as tackle small to medium sized dirt projects.

We pay careful attention to floor strength, elimination of humps for machinery, and overall quality of finish.
